Break the right wall of the green pool and examine the skeleton within the opening.
Mechanisms
The wall left of the green liquid can be broken with the Axe. Keep going and you come out at F-5. There are three shafts on the way that drop you to the bottom level.

With the Dragon Bone, a ladder to the Shrine of the Mother appears.
